Privacy policy

Tools for Procurement is designed to work without accounts or a data backend. This policy explains what happens when you use the site, without making promises about infrastructure we do not control.

Worksheet inputs and files

Calculations run in your browser. Values entered into forms and CSV files selected for validation are not intentionally transmitted to us, stored in a site database, or retained by the service. Selected files are read locally for the current page session. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working state unless your browser itself restores form values.

Hosting and technical data

The static site is served through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device or browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. Its handling is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics, cookies, and external services

The site currently includes no account system, advertising, analytics script, tracking pixel, payment service, or social-media embed. The site does not set application cookies. Your browser, network, or hosting infrastructure may still perform standard technical processing outside our control.

Downloads and local storage

When you download a CSV issue report, the report is generated locally by your browser. You control where it is saved. The site does not use browser local storage or IndexedDB for worksheet data.

Data choices and security

Avoid entering confidential or regulated information unless your organization permits local processing in the browser and you have assessed your device and browser security. You can use generic labels instead of supplier or project names. Because there is no site account or worksheet database, we cannot retrieve, correct, or delete worksheet entries for you.

Changes

This policy may be revised as the site changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If external services are added, this page should be updated to describe them.
